Networking between attendees
Attendee may scroll to the bottom of the virtual lobby homepage to view all active attendees of the event listed.
By clicking on an another attendee, the attendee will be allowed to create a group room or set up an individual meeting.
To search for another specific attendee, the attendee may use the search function on the left of the attendee list. Click on the attendee name once found.
A pop-up window will display their attendee details and provide access to connect via message, video call, or by creating a group room.
For a video call, attendee should select “Ask to meet” then select if this is a public or private meeting.
Public meetings will create an open group room that others may join.
Private meeting will ensure no others can join the group.
